Gibson Les Paul Studio

Hi - Thanks for looking. I have owned this guitar for ten years or so. It was purchased here on ebay by a friend of mine, who I in turn purchased it from. When I got it it was in mint condition, not a flaw......

Well not now! I broke the headstock off one night at rehearsal. I did have it professionally repaired down to the finish. Shortly there after a new crack on the neck formed. This is true. But.... the crack ( I've circled in red ) is not threatening to continue until the headstock comes off, nor does it seam to be getting worse. I have played on it this way for years!!! In fact I had forgotten all about it until I took it to Guitar Center to trade it in, and they spotted it and showed me. Then it dawned on me, the repair technician who had repaired the first break pointed it out to me years ago and I had forgotten about it.........

Anyway, I would play a gig, or do a recording with this guitar tomorrow. In fact this is my main guitar! It sounds great, plays great, looks great!. Its the tone that keeps you coming. The action is low, the neck is straight. I have had the frets leveled and crowned. The guitar plays great! You will not dis-agree. Yes scratched, nicked and cracked but you will not beat the tone or playability, despite the used condition.  Non of these scratches or dings are really noticable from an audience point of view. All they see is a beautifull guitar! This is the real deal! Comes with the bag of course. (Not the strap) Please feel free to ask any questions.
