Gibson Les Paul Studio

Between the 6, 8 and $10,000 "Celebrity" models, Gibson hit a home run for the consumer. An incredibly affordable, special Les Paul Studio with great looks and a sound as good as any "Standard" I've ever played. (I sold one to buy it.) Check any consumer survey. My particular instrument had been used by the Gibson rep to demo the model for the Guitar Center people.

This DEAD MINT beauty has a slender, 60's neck, Grover tuners and coil taps. It's configured with a Burstbucker Pro at the bridge for the growl that only a Les Paul makes, and a 490R at the neck that sounds like a campfire. (I like Jazz and Blues.) Together, they're amazing. Average weight and perfectly balanced so it has lots of body without a half-ton butt. The guitar is an '09, lightly played and has never left home except for a set-up. Immaculate Gibson case.
