Gibson Les Paul Studio

Description:

          Up for auction - VERY CLEAN – Gibson Les Paul. (Using the 1st and 5th number on the serial number it looks like this Gibson is a 2003) I am having difficulty placing this the exact model of this axe. (A fellow e-bay member noted that this is an earlier studio version of the Swamp Ash before the Swamp Ash was released). The headstock has the look of a studio, but what I like about this guitar is it has the ebony fret board – similar to a Les Paul Custom. There are no block inlays on the fret board, but it does have the "dot" fret markers on the side of the neck. (Very clean look with no inlays on the face of the neck)

          Guitar is loaded with Zakk Wylde 81 and 85 EMG’s. The neck is very straight and there is ALOT of fret life on there. Guitar has also been updated with Sperzel locking tuners. (AWESOME time saver on string winding!) Both the EMG's and the Sperzels came on the guitar when I bought it used a few years ago.

          I have played / owned studios and customs before this is a very nice blend of both of those Gibson models. Please let me know if there are any questions.
