Here is a very rare guitar in a few ways! It's a 2005 Gibson Les Paul Studio guitar owned by the man himself! Yes, this Les Paul guitar sat behind Les at every show and was used by anyone who came to sit in with him and didn't have their own guitar on hand. The list is huge! From Jimmy Buffet to Brad Whitford from Aerosmith. It has quite a bit of buckle rash because the stars would come to see Les all dressed up. I was personally there when Brad Whitford played this very guitar! You will also see this guitar behind Les sitting on the piano in many pictures and videos including his last video "Chasing Sound." Les traded me this guitar for a Recording guitar I brought to the show to have him sign. Les had signed many guitars for me over the years but wanted this one for himself so I made the deal. It was on Febrary 4th, 2008. I have not only pictures of the trade and Les signing the guitar, but I have a signed document from Les as well. If you know anything about Les, he NEVER signed any documents! It didn't matter what it was! A copy of this same document was filed by Les at his home and is now a part of his estate. This is a very rare oppotunity! This would be a great addition to any serious guitar collection or a display for a place such as the Hard Rock Cafe. Documentation is key in a case of something so historical and it's here!
