Shipping Information

Shipping Cost

carrier.  A small fee is added for packaging so that product will
arrive in good working order.  Shipping costs will also include the
cost of insurance, tracking, and confirmation of reception.  If you

- I ship within Canada and to the United States, and select countries only.

- I insure all items that are shipped out.  Unless otherwise requested
by buyer, in which case buyer assumes all responsibility for lost or
stolen items in transit.

INSURANCE Not included with FREE SHIPPING.

- I ship items out Monday-Friday.

I DO NOT

- Items are NOT shipped out on  Sunday usually.

Local Pick-Up

I do not offer PICK UP Service for this item.  I am however, reasonable.

Refunds and Returns

I strive to give excellent Customer Service. In the unlikely event that
you receive a faulty product, a refund will be sent to you but the
buyer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item with
insurance. Buyer has 7 days after the date of delivery to ask for a
refund and MUST return the item that is faulty with insurance BEFORE a refund will be made. ( A tracking number and proof of insurance must be provided for returned item to initiate refund process.)
