This is a BRAND NEW Gibson Les Paul Studio LP. It has a Fireburst finish and Chrome Hardware. I'm told this is part of the Richie Sambora Signature Series: this is the guitar he plays with Bon Jovi in the studio. The only time this guitar has been out of its case is for these pictures to be taken. The Gibson hardshell case is included and I will ship it in its original box. The original paper work is included (owner's manual and warranty). The warranty has not been activated so it would pass to the winning bidder. Like I said this guitar in Brand New - it has never been played - it doesn't have a scratch, nick, scuff or mark on it. The only problem is that the black plastic cover to the Three-Way Toggle Switch was cracked in shipping. It easily screws off/on the switch and I'm sure Gibson would send the warranty owner a new one, if you even notice the crack.
