Gibson Les Paul Studio

Here is a new (floor piece) 2008 Gibson Les Paul Studio Vintage Mahogany -- Faded CHERRY (also called Les Paul Vintage Mahogany or Les Paul Studio Worn Finish Series / Worn Cherry).  Near Perfect.

 Comes with a new Gibson Deluxe padded gig bag,paperwork, and small tool

Serial number: 016381325

 It is all original.

Weight is on the light side for a LP -- 7 pounds 5 ounces.  

Not much to describe for this guitar.  It has hardly handled.  Even though it is a "2008" model - it was not on the sales floor that many months.  It was only recently put on the sales floor.  It was played on a few times and handled -  so it aquired a few very minor imperfections:

The center area of the bottom edge of the front of the body has a few impressions (where the arrow is pointing to).  The back of the body has a light line-like impresion near the lower left area  - near the jack.  (where the arrow is  pointing to)

Also - the center area of the back of the ofy has one very light hair-line impression (not really a scratch) - only noticeble if you put you face up the this area.   And there are a few extremely light  / very small impression one the edges (maybe 3 of them).

The action is fine and the guitar plays nicely.

Strings on the guitar are pretty new  / clean.  The pickguard and back plates are clean.

The fretboard and the frets are fine (no wear). 

The electronics are fine.  The hardware are fine / clean. The headstock is fine

NOTE: This model guitar (LP Studio Vintage Mahogany) is slowing being phased out by Gibson and they are making a different version (the LP Faded Studio with a different top and different pups).  Many people prefer the Mahongany Top and Mahogany Back and Sides - as well as the Alnico V BurstBucker Pro pickups.
