used 2006 Gibson Les Paul Studio.  In good condition with wear apparent on the top of the body and slight wear on frets.  Crowns are intact and plays very well.  Body and neck are in good shape with playing wear evident in pictures.  Everything on this guitar is factory stock.  Very Low String Action!!!

This
auction is warranted to be accurate to the best of our knowledge. It
will be shipped with insurance. Professional packaging will be
provided by UPS.

Payment
must be received within 3 days of auction end. Items
paid by PayPal using the eBay integrated payment system will
generally be shipped same day if possible. We do not ship on weekends
(*Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), or on calendar holidays. PayPal
checks will delay shipping until clearance. PayPal payments made
that are not linked to the auction number (*ie- payments made through
PayPal that are marked as “payment for goods” or “send money”)
are not accepted. Payment must be “payment for eBay item” so
that it is directly linked to the auction number. Thank you.

PAYMENT
INSTRUCTIONS

Checkout
using PayPal must be made using eBay's checkout method.
Do not pay using PayPal directly as a payment for “Goods”. Go
to the “Pay for Item” button on your eBay auction page and submit
payment through eBay. This will mark the item paid for in our system
and will facilitate faster shipping processing. We will return any
payments via PayPal that are not associated with an eBay auction
listing # and this will delay shipment. All auctions are final.  If you bid on any item, you are expected to pay for your item in a timely manner.  Please review all instructions before bidding.  

We
do not accept checks, MO's, or any other payment method not approved
by Ebay.

APO's. WILL ONLY SHIP TO PAYPAL VERIFIED ADDRESSES WITHIN THE

REGARDING
BUYING SERVICES

All
items sold by CLP Brokers are for sale directly to the end-user. We
do not accept bids from “buyer's services” or “trading
partners” for end-users outside of the continental United States.
We will sell directly to end-users that are located within the
continental United States of America. Please be advised that bids
left by proxy buyer's services will be canceled and removed. No
exceptions. If a buyer's service bid is found to be a winning bid,
the transaction will be canceled and item will be re-listed. All
applicable ID's for buyer's services will be blocked in future
auctions. Sorry... We've had too many problems with proxy
bidder/buyer services.

People
who don't pay according to terms listed above will be reported to
eBay as a non-paying bidder and item will be either relisted or sold
to next highest bidder.

SHIPPING
DAMAGES & RETURN POLICY

All
of our items are professionally packaged by UPS. It is very rare that
an item is damaged in shipping when packaged by them. In the
unfortunate event that you receive your item in a condition that
greatly differs from the pictures in the auction; please contact us
immediately at (770)924-2452. Do not send the item back! We will help
you obtain a Return Authorization Shipping Label from UPS so that you
are not charged to send the item back to us. All items that we sell
are meticulously photographed and catalogued before leaving our
store. In the event that shipping damages occur, we can usually get a
claim settled in as little as two to three days. We will expedite a
UPS claim and subsequent investigation. Upon receipt from UPS that
they have picked up the item from you, we will gladly refund your
costs directly back to your PayPal account. CLPBrokers is committed
to our customers' satisfaction.

In
the event that you receive an item that does not function as
described in the auction; please contact us via eBay's email system
or at the phone number listed above within 3 days of receipt of the
item and describe the issue.

If
we determine that a refund is warranted, we will issue a return
authorization number with instructions regarding return shipping. It
is incumbent upon the buyer to bear any costs of return shipping.
Returns are only accepted on items that do not function according to
their intended mechanical design or as described in auction
description.
