Gibson Les Paul Studio

 Gibson Les Paul "Gem Series / Ruby" with P90's Pickups

This Gibson is in great shape for the year of manufacture in the late 1990's.
The finish is gorgeous and even the back is largely spared of the typical buckle rash that many LP's seem to be afflicted with...this one is exceptionally clean.
In fact, the entire guitar is in great shape with only two touched up dings in the front lower part of the guitar..one only about  the size of a tip of a pen..the other one close to the bridge..the larger of the two but not showing up well on the photos, the headstock also has a small ding to the one corner edge..very minor and pretty much not very visible because of the color (black).

The P90's were factory installed on these models and are exquisite...they really are some of the best pickups that Gibson has ever produced.....different by a wide margin from the recent "Tribute" Les Paul's we have seen in 2010.

Many folks feel that these Gem Series Les Paul's were some of the very best Studios produced and are very collectible.

This one is definitely not chambered and has a reasonable heft to it as a Les Paul should.

Please consider this a used item however, and as that, it will show signs of age appropriate wear and use...although..as mentioned..this one is definitely above average...with little apparent use..

As any item this age..it is sold "as is" with no implied warranty...or an indication that this is an unused / new item.
