Won this at the Mini Kiss concert in Dallas in 2009. Guitar case not included. Note: this is an as-is auction, no return, no refund.

Payments are due within 3 days (72 hours) of auction close UNLESS prior arrangements have been made. PayPal Verified ONLY.

WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

All items are in good working order or better when posted for auction (unless otherwise stated). Every effort is made to accurately describe all items offered for bid. However, all items are offered for sale "AS-IS", NO RETURN with no warranty or guarantee as to its fitness for any use or purpose offered or implied, unless otherwise stated in the auction ad. In the event a refund is warranted, monies will not be credited until item has been shipped back to us, at buyer's expense and ONLY within seven days of the receipt of the item as determined by the carrier. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA#. No exception. Please note all sales are final.

SHIPPING HANDLING AND INSURANCE CHARGES

Buyer pays a flat fee. We base this on the average shipping cost. Sometimes it's more, sometimes less than actual shipping cost. We've found this is much easier for buyers to know up front what their shipping charge will be. Other heavier items will be actual shipping charge and handling fee for large items may apply. Please provide zip code at end of auction. Tracking number will be provided if available and requested. Insurance is not optional and is included in the handling fee. FedEx Ground is our main carrier and automatically insures up to $100. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional costs. We may use UPS, FedEx or US MAIL to deliver your order. FedEx transit times typically vary between 2-7 business days depending upon the distance from the shipping point, and US MAIL may take up to 10 days. Your item will ship within 3 days of payment received date barring unforeseen events.
