I PURCHASED THIS GUITAR APPROXIMATELY 1 MONTH AGO. IT REMAINS IN MINT CONDITION. I AM THE SECOND OWNER. IT IS ONE OF THE RARER 2 PIECE BODIES. "This is a new guitar – it was taken out of the box, tested, and went back in. 

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful guitar! It looks like a vintage instrument right from the hands of a legendary bluesman!

And nothing, to my ears, beats real P-90s: they have the thickness and punch of humbukers, but without the mud; they have the clarity of strat-like single coils, even in the neck position, but without the thin and excessively bright tone. Lots of character, whether clean or distorted - anything, but sterile.

The light, chambered body is perfectly balanced and easy on you shoulders, while producing wonderful resonance, normally associated with a hollow-body instruments, without loss of sustain.

For me there is no going back to pile-of-bricks heavy Les Pauls with muddy humbuckers. As a matter of fact, my LP 60's Studio Tribute in Honeyburst, pretty much replaced my LP Standard, ES-335 and a Strat - no kidding!

(Not being able to make a choice at the time, I have gotten two of these: the Gold Top, and another one in Honeyburst finish. Both are absolutely stunning instruments with super cool vintage vibe. I have settled for Honeyburst . So, this one went back into the case. No wear whatsoever; the original strings not even stretched yet)". (AS STATED, THE ABOVE ARE COMMENTS FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER).
****I HAVE PLAYED THIS GUITAR 3-4 TIMES SINCE PURCHASE AND ONLY BRIEFLY IN MY SMOKE FREE HOME. I HAVE FOUND I AM REALLY NOT A LES PAUL KINDA GUY. I LOVE THE P-90s, THOUGH!!I WILL PROVIDE ADDNL PHOTOS UPON REQUEST. THE COLOR IS AS YOU SEE IT. IT IS VERY UNIQUE, NOT THE STANDARD GOLDTOP. IT HAS AN OLIVE HUE TO IT WHICH MAKES IT STUNNING!!!
